Purpose:

The Learning & Development Manager will play a critical role in the day-to-day learning and development (L&D) activities and programs across the company. The Manager will work to bolster employee learning capabilities and create and monitor sustainable learning methodologies. The role encompasses organizational development coordination, design, delivery, consultation, and coaching.

Accountabilities:

  • Establish strong partnerships across the business to continuously remain aligned with learning and development needs and support

  • Manage creation, communication, and implementation of learning and development related initiatives across the organization

  • Design and deliver learning tools, e-learning courses, workshops, and other learning sessions

  • Evaluate learning programs, create, and manage data to demonstrate success

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Five plus years’ experience as an OD or L&D Professional

  • Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions

  • Strong research, communication, project management and organizational skills

  • Confident and effective presentation skills to all levels in the organization in-person and virtually

  • Proven ability to pinpoint, analyze and assess data to tell the OD story and drive decisions for future learning and development needs within the organization

  • Must be able to work effectively independently as well as collaborate with teams

  • Ability to create trust and collaborate with stakeholders in a fast paced ever changing environment

  • Experience infusing DEI into learning programs

  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

  • Excellent influential and negotiation skills

  • Graphic design experience

  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
