work hours: 2 PM - 11 PM

Responsibilities

• Handling 50+ calls per day (80% inbound, 20% outbound)

• Supporting customer's during the first steps of filing a dispute on their account for fraudulent activity

• Outbound calls to alert customers about potential fraud

• Closing cards, issuesing new cards, reviewing accounts, etc.

• Performs general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature

• Receive, log, batch, and distribute work.

• File, photocopy, and answer phones.

• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
