• Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks.

• Provide customer service over the phone and via email to answer questions and address complaints.

• Support the scheduling and allocation of resources for various projects and tasks.

• Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Prepare and maintain operational reports, documenting key metrics.

• Help identify process inefficiencies and propose improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of previous annuities or life insurance experience required.

• Associates degree or equivalent relevant work experience required. A background in math or accounting is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.

• Experience with computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) required.

• Strong computer skills required to enable you to learn our multiple systems quickly.

• Verbal communication skills are required.

• Strong attention to detail is important, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize your daily responsibilities in order to meet the service needs of our customer.

• Ability to work from the office in West Des Moines, Iowa.
