TELLIGEN Project Assistant in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa

Position: Project Assistant Location: Remote Job Id: 3200 # of Openings: 1 Project Assistant As a Project Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical and project administrative support primarily for the Idaho Medicaid contract. What You'll Do:You will prepare documentation to support team and create, update, and monitor timeliness of project plans.You will take meeting minutes and document action items.You will assist with writing and formatting project documents, technical papers and presentations.You will coordinate project documentation from multiple sources.You will communicate with internal/external customers in a professional manner.You will perform support functions including scheduling onsite and off-site meetings and conference calls, answering phones, monitoring email inboxes, and distributing correspondence.You will complete data entry into online health record system.You will monitor status of deliverables, data processing and reporting schedules.You will report variations or discrepancies to management.You will ensure files are up to date and accurate.You will perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.What You'll Need:Two-year degree in business, healthcare, IT or related field and/or equivalent training and/or experience.2 years' experience in project administrative support.Demonstrated ability working with confidential information and in a deadline driven environment.Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve.Because of the nature and immediacy of the work, the ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance is essential.If progressed to offer, you will be required to provide proof of full vaccination or documentation for a medical or religious exemption where allowed by law. Ability to work within multiple software environments is preferred.Intermediate knowledge and experience with Windows and all Microsoft Office products is preferred.Keyboarding equivalent 50 words or more per minute is preferred.Full COVID-19 Vaccination is required.
