Job Description

Insight Global is seeking to hire a Safety Manager for a Fortune 500 client of ours in Des Moines, IA area. This resource will also potentially be needed periodically to respond to a site to intervene when there is an increase in safety incidents. Currently the Safety Manager responds to the site to perform a deep dive and help facilitate an improvement strategy. This team is also in the process of EHS program development. The EHS Advisors on the individual sites will play a role in the development of baseline regulatory procedures. This person may be utilized to support the coordination and implementation of these SMPs and / or to support other high level programmatic procedures and policies.

Target pay for this position is $60-65/HR.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of safety experience- Implementing trainings, working with GC for safety plans, running safety initiatives with teams.

Certifications in OSHA, or CSP, or ASP, or CHST. null
