Wells Fargo Senior Finance Analyst - Merchant Services in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Merchant Services business, and be part of Wells Fargo's broader Card and Merchant Services finance team.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide finance support to leaders and business partners within the Merchant Services business, as well as to leaders in ancillary businesses which partner closely with the Merchant Services business

  • Have FP&A responsibilities, including forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting and analysis of results

  • Support the month end close process, implement and utilize automated reporting tools (e.g Power BI, Tableau) and utilization of Essbase or other like systems

  • Deliver meaningful business insights and trends to support key decisions

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting

  • Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Merchant Services and/or Financial industry experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
