Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Center of Excellence (COE) provides solutions & Services enabling digital document and content management capabilities to capture, manage, store, preserve, deliver content(Image, Document, Data) and related document/content business process work-flows across all Line of businesses for Wells Fargo.
Imaging Content Management Platform (ICMP) provides and supports ECM solutions and core capabilities including: Content Integration & Federation Services, Micro & Composite services, Transformation/ingestion/export & delivery Services, Event Notification/Messaging services, Viewer Services/Apps, Repository & Record Management Services, Content Management Portal/Apps, etc. In addition, COE continue to evaluate and assess additional capabilities for future alignment towards technology simplification and application rationalization towards target state.
This back fill position is for Senior Technical Lead role in ECM CoE platform area.Key responsibilities owned by this role will be:
Provide Technical Leadership and mentoring to technical leads area. Technical Leads area owns responsibility to map business requirements to ECM CoE component impacts Tech Leads work closely with Business teams to understand requirements. They take ownership of Function system Design (FSD) document and work closely ECM CoE component teams to define and document system design for business/technical initiatives - Drive end to end delivery for key ECM initiatives e.g. Enterprise Books and Records ESM Program, Wholesale Transformation Program, Technology Simplification and Modernization
Build relation with Partner teams, facilitate and provide technical leadership in bridging Integration gaps
Interact with Vendor teams for any 3rd party product related issues/resolution
Strengthen Global delivery model by helping with hiring and mentoring team member in EGS
Drive architectural direction and roadmap for the ECM CoE components e.g. Cloud Migration, Agile Transformation etc.
Participate and contribute to broader platform architectural decisions and solutions
Provide Level 3 support for any high severity Production issues
2+ years of Agile experience
5+ years of SOA (Services Oriented Architecture) experience
7+ years of Java experience
7+ years of software engineering experience
Ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects
Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
Knowledge and understanding of technical design: ECM system design, implementation, and support at an enterprise level
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
2+ years of Agile experience
5+ years of Hibernate experience
5+ years of JMS (Java Message Service) experience
5+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
Cloud computing experience
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
An industry-standard technology certification
Other Desired Qualifications
Experience with IBM P8 Content Engine
Experience with Document Conversion Technologies/Software e.g. iText, Snowbound etc.
Experience with Document Encryption Technologies/Software Open PGP, SYMANTEC PGP etc.
Experience with Batch Process. Bulk data/process migrations from Legacy systems to IBM P8
2+ years of experience in Microservices development
