Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager that will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups. In this role, you will:

• Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business

• Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives

• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development

• Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives

• Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives

• Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners

• Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution

• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution

• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 2+ years Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

• 4+ years' experience of managing Tactical WFM-Workforce Management/Resource Planning teams supporting Call Centers with inbound calls running 24/7

• Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• 3+ years of managing intra-day short term forecasts via Aspect eWFM

• 3+ years in creating IDP's for multiple Staffing Groups/VQ's, etc.

• Expert knowledge in both Resource Planning (Scheduling), & Forecasting specific expertise ranging from intra-day up to 8 weeks.

• Knowledge of forecasting tools including (ERLANG-C, ARIMA, MULTI-REGRESSION, etc.)

• 4+ years' experience in Inbound Call Centers with strict adherence to SLA goals.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

• Knowledge and understanding of consumer products, policies, and procedures; within a call center environment

• Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

• Must have demonstrated advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (OLAP Connections, Macros, V-Lookup, VBA, Data Analysis, etc.)

Job Expectations:

• Manage up to 15 individual contributors with various WFM Resource Planning Roles (Scheduling, Forecasting, etc.)

• Provide stellar support to the LOB Sr. Leadership as the main POC (Point of Contact) for all escalations/requests, etc.

• Manage multiple Line of Business's for 24/7 Contact Centers (INBOUND) across various time zones & offshore

• Manage, Develop, Coach and Retain talent by being a hands-on leader to step in and show how to perform various tasks as needed.

• Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
