Paychex Time and Attendance Specialist I - Oasis in West Des Moines, Iowa


Supports clients by providing a customized Time and Attendance solution based on client needs. This includesinstallation of time clock, training clients, converting clients information for reporting purposes and supporting newclients implementation and integration of the Time and Attendance process.

  • Process User Requests for System Implementation: 1) Implement T&A products andservices and drive additional revenue through product and service satisfaction andincreased integration with Oasis offerings 2) Gather information from users to provideclient launch support and ensure training needs are met and exceeded 3) Prepareinformation gathered for transmitting from payroll system to time keeping system 4)Follow up to ensure system is functioning according to business needs 5) Conductpresentations via phone or in person 6) Ensure all service agreements and otherrequired documentation are sent to clients for participation 7) Create implementationtimeline and initiate the process 8) Follow up on the implementation process untilcomplete 9) Provide continual review client satisfaction of system performance andneeds 10) Provide internal review of T&A products to ensure shared knowledge throughorganization 11) Proactively identify areas of under performance and work with specificstakeholders to resolve issues 12) Coordinate all internal resources responsible forproduct and service launches to ensure objectives are met

  • Vendor Partnership Management: 1) Support initiatives to ensure performanceguarantees of Time & Attendance partnerships 2) Support specific quality, operations,and financial metrics and monitor vendor performance against the criteria 3) Support the successful integration and implementation of vendor partnerships into Oasisorganization and related processes 4) Execute solutions and best practices incollaboration with manager to impact customer satisfaction 5) Support effective workingrelationships with appropriate counterparts within vendor organizations and with internalstakeholders to facilitate the effective alignment between Oasis and vendors 6) Provideinformation for updating overall vendor partner relationships related to process, policies,and communication to stakeholders in connection with services and vendors undermanagement

  • Support Sales Growth: 1) Support customer relationship by partnering with sales to upsell T&A as value added service 2) Assist sales team with identification anddevelopment of prospects 3) Work closely with sales team to understand and implementnew products and services


  • H.S. Diploma - Required

  • Associate's Degree - Preferred

  • 2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, problem resolution.

  • multi-state payroll experience.
