Looking for experienced individuals who are motivated to keep up with the changes this industry gives us.\ Good work ethic.\ Needs to be ORGANIZED\ Needs to work well as a team and on there own.\ Needs to have there own tools or at least willing and able to purchase them.\ Needs to have a drivers license, A CDL will get you a raise in pay.\ Needs to be good with computers and scan tools.\ Needs to be able to read and understand repair procedures.\ Needs to keep work area and tools clean and organized.\ Needs to be accountable for there work, good and bad.\ Must follow and understand directions.\ Must be polite to customers and other employees.\ Must be clean and well groomed\ Must take care of shop equipment and report damages.\ Must be able to write repair orders legibly.\ We work 7:30 to 4:30 take 30 min paid lunch M-F maybe 6 Saturday a year. Paid holidays, sick days and vacation. uniforms, insurance, training when available we are expanding our benefits very soon.\ We have a very well-equipped shop that is kept clean, and every day is a challenge, but we try to keep organized.\ Pay will be based on experience and abilities.\ We are a very busy work environment but its really pretty enjoyable.\ Thank for reading!!\ JR SMITH
