Reports to: Operations Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of general accounting principles

  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years of backoffice/reception experience.

Working Conditions:

  • 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday -Friday

  • Stationed at the front desk during the work day.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:


• Answer incoming client calls and route accordingly

• Assist with daily mail

• Order Office Supplies

• Manage customer training room schedule & assist with necessary set up


• Ability to research Credit Memos.

• Ability to Batch Void, No Charge/No Cost Sales Registers.

• Ability to create Sales Registers and Cash Sale Receipts, manual or computer generated.

• Ability to operate ten-key calculator.

• Ability to write letters and numbers legibly.

• Math skills that include calculating percentages, decimals (.1, .01. .001) and discount multipliers.

• Ability to answer telephones and provide courteous, prompt and efficient service to clients and vendors.

• Ability to meet specific daily deadlines with possible frequent interruptions.

• Ability to work at a computer workstation for an extended period of time (up to 8 hours a day).

• Ability to follow written instructions.

• Ability to effectively proof documents for errors and proper completion.

• Filing skills, both alphabetically and numerically.

• Ability to comprehend, read, and to communicate the English language orally and in writing.


• Interact with Customers to route to proper departments.

• Interact daily with internal and external customers.

• Greet Visitors.

• Perform general clerical duties

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $16 to $17.5 hourly.
