Responsibilities

Randstad is looking for a Maintenance Manager on a DIRECT HIRE opportunity in the Des Moines metro area!!

SHIFT: 7am-3:30pm occasional weekends

PAY: $100K-$125K annually with bonus potential

· Must possess solid leadership skills and have strong communication and organization skills

· Must be familiar with safety / quality processes and procedures and manufacturing equipment

· Must be capable of effective troubleshooting equipment and have strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

· Must lead by setting a positive example – being present, on time, hard-working, approachable, safe, and ensuring quality work is completed.

· Must participate in required training (anti-harassment, safety, etc.) as required.

· Ability to read blueprints and machine schematics.
